David Chen started his career in Guangdong's manufacturing sector in 2008, working with over 200 factories across electronics, textiles and home goods. After witnessing billions of dollars in perfectly good surplus inventory being destroyed or landfilled every year, he founded GlobalSurplus in 2015 with a mission: connect quality Chinese factory surplus with buyers worldwide at fair prices, while reducing industrial waste.
